Delivery Policy for Weight-Loss Pens (UK Only)
At PPRX, we aim to provide a fast, safe and reliable delivery service for all weight-loss pens. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. Royal Mail aims to deliver by 1pm the next working day, although this is not guaranteed and delays can occasionally occur.
All weight-loss pens are shipped in cold-pack packaging to maintain product quality and safety during transit.
Next-day delivery applies only to orders placed before 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3.30pm will be dispatched the next working day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays because cold-pack protection will not last until Monday, and Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays. Therefore, any order placed after 3.30pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom. Tracking information is provided directly by Royal Mail once your order has been processed.
We are able to deliver to hotels, serviced apartments and temporary accommodation for visitors travelling to the UK, as long as the delivery address is within the United Kingdom.

Important Delivery Information
Our orders are sent out using Royal Mail (unless stated) 48 hour tracked service.
In the case of refrigerated items, items will be dispatched using the fast 24 hour tracked delivery service.
Any orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day excluding weekends or bank holidays.
Once you have placed an order on our website, you have confirmed that the chosen address is safe for medicines to be posted through the letterbox and have adequate safety measures in place for the protection of everyone in the household including pets.
We will ensure products are in temper-proof packaging to guarantee safe arrival. Controlled drugs will require a signature upon receipt.

Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
Order Received – Order has been received and passed on to Pharmacist
Awaiting Pharmacist Approval – Pharmacist will assess customers request and ensure its suitability. Pharmacist may need to obtain further information to determine course of treatment.
Order Approved – Order has been approved and forwarded to dispensing team for preparation.
Order Dispatched – Order is out for delivery. Further tracking information will be provided by courier.
All orders can be tracked from your dispatch email, your online account as well as notifications from your courier.
Why do I need to complete a Health Questionnaire?
All weight loss pens must go through a consultation process. Some OTC (over the counter) medicines are categorised as P-line and may contain harmful ingredients which have the potential to be misused. For the safety and protection of our customers, customers will need to complete the health questionnaire at checkout.
Allocated delivery dates at checkout are therefore subject to your questionnaire being approved by our healthcare team.

Customers will be notified of any changes made but as a consequence some orders may be delayed in the process.
