Is PPRX a real pharmacy, or just a prescription service?
We're a GPhC-registered UK pharmacy — registration 9012740, operated by The Look It Ltd. Omar Kadir MPharm is our superintendent pharmacist (GPhC 2078291), and every order is dispensed by our own team. You can verify us on the GPhC online register.
How quickly will my consultation be reviewed?
Most consultations are reviewed by a UK-registered prescriber within 4 hours of submission — and approved orders ship the same or next working day, tracked and temperature-controlled.
Am I eligible for weight-loss treatment?
Eligibility depends on your weight, your medical history and any weight-related conditions. The free online consultation is reviewed by a UK-registered prescriber who confirms it's the right fit for you before anything is prescribed.
What's included in the price?
Everything: the medication itself, the private prescription, clinical review, cold-chain packaging with needles, wipes and a sharps bin, and free next-day UK delivery. The consultation is free.
Is there a subscription?
Only if you want one. Subscribe & Save takes £10 off every order and can be paused or cancelled anytime — or order each pen one-off, no commitment. Either way you can cancel any order before dispatch for a full refund.
