Product Use
Benylin Day and Night Tablets are used to relieve headache, fever, and painful nasal or sinus congestion associated with colds and flu.
Instructions
12 years and over: Daytime: 1 white tablet taken every 4-6 hours during the day. No more than 3 white tablets a day. Do not take the night-time tablet during the day.
Night-time: 1 blue tablet to be taken at night. Under 12 years: not recommended.
Cautions
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Night-time tablets only: may cause drowsiness, if affected do not drive or operate machinery.
Avoid alcoholic drink.
Contains paracetamol. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products. Immediate medical advice should be sought in the event of an overdose, even if you feel well.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 60mg
Blue night-time film-coated tablet containing:
Paracetamol 500mg
Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 25mg
