Product Use
Relief from the symptoms of colds and flu including nasal congestion, sore throat pain, headache, body aches and pains, fever and sinus symptoms, such as sinus pain, pressure and congestion.
Instructions
16 years and over: 2 tablets every 4-6 hours as required. Not to be taken more frequently than every four hours and no more than 6 tablets in any 24 hour period. Under 16 years: not to be given.
Cautions
Immediate medical advice should be sought in the event of an overdose, even if you feel well, because of the risk of delayed, serious liver damage.
Do not take Contac Non Drowsy:
if you have ever had an allergic reaction to pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, paracetamol or to
any of the other ingredients.
if you have high blood pressure or heart disease.
if you have kidney problems.
if you have an overactive thyroid gland, enlarged prostate, diabetes, glaucoma or phaeochromocytoma (tumour of the adrenal gland).
if you are taking appetite suppressants or stimulant drugs called amphetamines (sometimes used to treat ADHD).
if you have taken monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) e.g. moclobemide, prescribed for
depression in the last two weeks.
if you are taking medicines to control your blood pressure (e.g. beta blockers like atenolol).

Film coated, capsule-shaped tablet containing:
Paracetamol 500mg
Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 30mg

This medicine contains Paracetamol. Please note that medicines containing this active ingredient are restricted in quantity. Tablets or capsules of Paracetamol are limited to a total of 100 per order.
