A remedy traditionally used for relief of aches and pains such as stiffness, strains, lumbago, rheumatism and sciatica.
Instructions
Adults and children over 10 years: apply plaster to affected area as required. Change after 2-3 days. Not to be used by: Children under 10 years of age; People with glaucoma; Pregnant women or nursing mothers; People with allergies to adhesive plasters; Anyone using antihistamines.
Cautions
Do not use if:
you suffer from glaucoma
are allergic to adhesive plasters
have inflamed and broken skin
have applied any other medication to the skin
are using a medication that contains anti-histamines
Do not use on the face.
Not recommended for use by Children under 10 years old, Pregnant women or nursing mothers.
Do not use after the expiry date shown.

Keep out of reach of children.
If skin beneath the plaster begins to hurt, remove the plaster immediately and wash with soap and water.
Occasionally local irritation may occur while using this product, report any unwanted effects to your doctor or pharmacist.
Keep away from sources of direct heat and sunlight.
