Daktarin Activ Spray Powder provides treatment and prevention for athlete’s foot. Daktarin Activ Spray Powder helps bring relief from uncomfortable symptoms, helping your skin heal quickly.
Daktarin spray provides an easy mode of treatment. The spray is useful in reaching between your toes and over your heels.
You may use it on your socks and inside your shoes to kill any lingering bacteria or fungi.
Cautions
This medicine is suitable for most adults and children but a few people should not use it. If you are in any doubt, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not use this medicine:
■ If you have ever had a bad reaction to any of the ingredients.
■ If your infection is on your hair or nails.
If any of these apply to you, get advice from a doctor or pharmacist without using Daktarin Powder.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking:
■ Oral anticoagulants (drugs used to thin the blood, such as warfarin). If you are not sure about any of the medicines
you are taking, show the bottle or pack to your pharmacist.
■ If you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Do not let the powder get into your eyes.
If you experience any irritation or sensitivity to the powder, stop using this medicine.
This product contains talc. Do not breathe in the powder as this may cause irritation of the airways. This is especially important for children and infants.
If anyone accidentally swallows Daktarin Powder, contact a doctor or your nearest Accident and Emergency department
(Casualty), taking this leaflet and pack with you.
If you forget to use a dose, use the next dose when needed. Do not use a double dose.
