This home test checks for the full range of female hormones and is very useful for giving information about fertility, menopause, hormone replacement therapy monitoring, period problems and other hormone related issues.
Instructions
This test uses a simple finger-prick blood test that you can take yourself in the comfort of your own home.
All you need to do is take your blood sample, register your test and return it to our lab using the Royal Mail 1st Class tracked envelope included in the box.
