Ibuleve Pain Relief Spray harnesses the pain relieving power of the gel in an easy to use spray form:, Easily absorbed penetrating spray. Fragrance-free formula
Instructions
-Hold the bottle upright or upside down, 4-6 inches from the skin
-Apply 5-10 sprays to the affected area. Every 2 or 3 sprays, massage into the affected area
-You can use the spray up to three or four times a day, leaving at least four hours between applications, for up to two weeks
-If your symptoms worsen or continue for more than 2 weeks, speak to your doctor
