For the relief of the symptoms of colds and flu including relief of aches and pains, nasal congestion, sore throat and lowering of temperature.
Instructions
16 years and over: contents of 1 sachet dissolved in hot water every 4-6 hours. Maximum 4 sachets in 24 hours. Under 16 years: not to be given.
Cautions
Do not take with any other paracetamol containing products.
Do not exceed the stated 4 sachets in 24 hours.

Oral powder containing:
Paracetamol 650mg
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 10mg
