Instructions
-Remove the applicator from the sealed wrapper
-Grip the applicator by the thick end and shake down 4 times
-Bend the thin end of the applicator to snap it off and discard the break-away tip
-*DO NOT USE scissors or tools to cut the applicator tip
-While sitting or lying on your back with knees bent, gently insert the open end of the applicator into the vagina
-Squeeze the thick end of the applicator firmly 2-3 times to deposit the gel into the vagina
-Remove and discard
