Seven Seas Pregnancy Plus is a complete pregnancy multivitamin containing 21 expertly blended vitamin and minerals which work in harmony with your body. This includes 400µg of Folic Acid which is recommended by the UK government. Folic acid is essential for baby’s development as it is needed to promote the healthy formation of the baby’s neural tube.
Plus Omega-3 Capsule
Seven Seas Pregnancy Plus includes an Omega-3 capsule, which contains DHA, a fatty acid needed for your unborn baby’s brain and eye development. The beneficial effects of DHA are obtained when taking the Omega-3 capsule (which contains over 200mg of DHA) in addition to the normal recommended daily intake of Omega-3 in your diet, that is 250mg DHA and EPA.
